The big difference between an Automatic Carton Sealer and a Semi-Automatic Carton Sealer is the addition of the flap folding mechanism and the added length to accommodate it. When the carton enters the carton sealer the forward flap is knocked down, the mechanism then knocks down the trailing flap, and finally the side flaps are folded by folding bars.
